Asake caught a lot of flak yesterday on social media after fans took to the platform to drag him for showing up late to his Birmingham concert.

In his apology, the “Loaded” singer claimed that he was delayed by the promoters who didn’t pick up him on time, and then he went ahead to thank fans for their patience.

“Birmingham I’m sorry for the delay yesterday,” he said, adding, “The promoters delayed my pick up time for reasons best known to them, But I’m super grateful for your patience and understanding.”
