Priscilla Appiah, a makeup artist, has won praise from social media fans who couldn’t stop praising her job.
Her mother was converted into a sweet 16 by the makeup artist, and a collaged portrait of the latter was uploaded on Instagram.
The makeup artist in an interview revealed that it took her about an hour to complete the whole makeup transformation.
