A video of embattled Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, rolling a weed in his palace has hit the internet.

In the now viral video, the king can be seen putting some weed inside a rizla (a brand of rolling paper and other related paraphernalia in which tobacco, or marijuana, or a mixture, is rolled to make handmade joints and cigarettes), after which he used his tongue to finish the sealing.
