Delta’s most creative comedian, Ologbo Eric popularly known as “Ericardo” has emerged as a winner of the Made In Delta Talent Search, 2021.

The close-tied contest which was organized by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant To The Governor On Talent Development, Ogusbaba Akpobome Ogude, started off with over 2,000 contestants, saw 20 finalists from the 3 senatorial districts in Delta State all compete for the ultimate prize.

After a wonderful performance where he thrilled the State Governor and other top figures in public offices, Ericardo was announced amongst the 10 grand winners of the Made In Delta Talent Search by the Commissioner Of Culture And Tourism, Engr Lawrence Ejiofor.

The other winners include; Peterbrown, Lucky Oyem, Kyc Group, Nancy Powers, David Bakpa, Yoyo Ovi (music), Mc Talent, Oke Gabriel (comedy) and 62 year old Elizabeth Okagbare (acting)

They all got a N5m contract each and have become ambassadors to the Delta State Government.

Ericardo popularly known as “The Punstar” for his creative and unique form of telling jokes says this win is dedicated to his late elder sister Mabel, who he lost to cancer while the competition was still ongoing.
